THE DEADLINE TO FILL OUT THIS FORM IS SEPTEMBER 30TH AT 11:59 PM.

 

Please note that to be eligible to compete, you must be an undergraduate student at JMSB, eligible to be enrolled in the Fall 2025 and enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credits in the Winter 2026 semester (COOP is accepted).  The competition will take place at Telfer UOttawa from March 27th to March 29th, please ensure your availability. Submitting this application form does not guarantee your placement in any of the disciplines you are applying for. There will be tryouts conducted throughout the month of October as well as behavioral interviews should we choose to proceed with your application.
